Welcome to Adz.biz.id. By accessing or using the Meta Ads Operations Platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging in to or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be an authorized user of a valid Meta Ads account
• You must have been granted access credentials by your organization's administrator

3. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account
• Sharing credentials with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for legitimate business purposes related to managing Meta Ads campaigns. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Violate Meta's Advertising Policies or Terms of Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or breach the Service's security
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Generate misleading, deceptive, or prohibited advertising content
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond what the platform provides

5. Meta Ads Integration

Your use of the Meta Ads integration is additionally governed by Meta's own terms, including but not limited to:

• Meta Advertising Policies
• Meta Platform Terms

We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta against your ad account, including account suspension, ad disapprovals, or policy enforcement.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (including KIE.ai) to generate copy, images, and videos. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing
• You retain responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and advertising policies
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content

7. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Adz.biz.id and protected by intellectual property laws
• You retain ownership of data and content you upload or generate through the Service
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Third-party API outages (Meta, KIE.ai, etc.)
• Technical issues or force majeure events

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adz.biz.id shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adz.biz.id, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
